Who is responsible
WillNet is the web design and development business of Willder Gómez, based in West Palm Beach, Florida. For any question about your data, write to contact@willnet.dev.
What I collect
Only what you type in the quote form: name, email, phone (optional), the service you're interested in, whether you have a website and its address, your approximate budget and your message. I don't ask for payment details or documents.
How I use it
To reply to your request, prepare your quote and, if we work together, contact you about the project. I don't send advertising and I don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Who processes it
The form is sent through Web3Forms, a service that forwards your message to me by email. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both process data only to provide their service.
Visit measurement
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies or store information that identifies you personally. The website only stores your dark or light theme preference in your browser (localStorage).
How long I keep it
I keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your request or project, and delete them when you ask, except what I must keep for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@willnet.dev. I'll reply as soon as possible.
